At Elev8 Strength & Mobility, we believe movement is the foundation of strength. Our mission is to help athletes and active individuals move better, recover faster, and perform at their best through a holistic approach to strength, mobility, and injury prevention.
Unlike traditional personal training, we offer Hybrid Personal Training, combining in-person assessments with customized programming through our training app. Whether you’re a high school athlete looking to improve speed and power, a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner recovering from injuries, or an adult seeking longevity and pain-free movement, we design programs that fit your specific needs.

10 years of experience in strength training, rehab coaching, and movement science, our approach blends
evidence-based techniques like
FRC, Kinstretch, and strength & conditioning to deliver
sustainable results. Our goal is not just to train you—but to educate and empower you to
take control of your body and movement for life.

Hybrid Personal Training is a mix of in-person coaching and remote programming. You’ll receive a personalized training plan through our app, complete with instructional videos and mobility drills. Every 5 weeks, we meet in person (or virtually) to refine your movements and adjust your program
We work with high school athletes, Jiu-Jitsu practitioners (30+), and adults looking to improve mobility and longevity. Our programs are designed to help you move better, get stronger, and prevent injuries, no matter your fitness level.
Unlike traditional personal training, which can cost $400-$500+ per month for a few sessions, our Hybrid Personal Training model offers a fully customized program with ongoing support for less than half the cost of in traditional personal training—including in-person check-ins, app-based workouts, and expert mobility coaching.
Nope! Your training plan is designed based on your available equipment, whether that’s a gym, a home setup, or bodyweight-based movements.
